In June, I went to a wedding. We didn't wear masks. I hugged relatives! I was stressed but excited about all the socializing I was making up for.
Some relatives mentioned the "next pandemic" and "delta variant" ... but I was in happy denial, enjoying somewhat normal life again. I even made a doodle about that.
And, deja vu, it seems like we need those pesky safety measures again. Inspired by my series doodling street fashion, I put my doodles in creative mask outfits in June when we didn't think we needed them anymore. They moved back up the body to their faces pretty fast.
